These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale ("General Conditions") apply to visitors of this site, referred to as the Customer, as well as to all commercial transactions carried out through this site between them and Vmcs Selaria Europe.

Using the system and purchasing any product through the domain www.vmcseuropa.pt on the “Vmcs Europe Online Store” implies acceptance of these General Conditions by the Customer, who undertakes to comply with them.

All catalog products belong to clients of Vmcs Selaria Europe, who merely offers to place them for sale online at the price set by each client.

Returns (Right of withdrawal)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from:

• For a service contract: from the date of contract conclusion.
• For a sale of goods contract: from the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods.
• For multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately: from the day the last item is received.
• For goods delivered in parts: from the day the last part is received.

• Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the standard least expensive option offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision.

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged.

If collection is not carried out by Vmcs Selaria Europe:
"We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier."

If goods have been received:
"You must return the goods to Vmcs Selaria Europe without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day you informed us. The deadline is met if you send them before the 14-day period ends."

"You bear the direct cost of returning the goods."

"You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning."

For service contracts:
"If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportional to what was provided before your withdrawal notice, relative to the full contract."

Return conditions:

• Product must be intact and unused.
• Packaging must be undamaged and unopened.
• Item(s) must be in original packaging with seals, if applicable.
• The 14-day period from purchase confirmation must not have expired.

If any of the above is not met, the return will be refused.

Refund
You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be made to your original payment method or another method agreed upon, within 14 business days. Bank delays may occur — contact us using the details on the Contact section of this website.

To prevent transport damage, please send the item(s) in the same manner and preferably with the same transport company as received. If items arrive damaged due to negligence in return shipment, the refund will be denied, and the item will either be returned to the customer or charged for repair.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The right of return does not apply to customized or personalized orders.

Damage, issues, and exchanges during transport
Upon delivery, the customer must check the packaging and contents. Any anomalies due to transport or other issues must be reported to VMCS within 24 hours by email listed on the Contact section of this website.

After this period, no damage claims will be accepted.

If the customer receives incorrect items or a confirmed manufacturing defect is found, items will be repaired or replaced. Notify VMCS via the contact email provided.

Refund procedure
To exercise the right to a refund, the customer must submit a clear and unequivocal statement to VMCS, using any of the contact methods listed on this website.

WARRANTY
If improper use is detected, the warranty is void.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, VMCS will repair or replace the item.
